This deeply rejuvenating and restorative tisane is a sacred blend of herbs like ashwagandha (winter cherry), turmeric, lemongrass and licorice; which make it a superpower brew. The bright-yellow drink has right balance of sweet notes of ashwagandha to the citrusy undertones of lemongrass and has a pleasant earthy aroma, wafting from every cup. This tea is best consumed at night for a deep resting peaceful sleep.

Ingredients:  Ashwagandha (Winter Cherry), Tulsi (Holy Basil), Amla (Indian Gooseberry), Giloy, Cinnamon, Ginger, Black Pepper,Turmeric, Licorice
 
Brewing Instructions: Always use fresh water. Bring water to near boiling point (99 degree Celsius). Take 1 teaspoon / 1 teabag in a cup. Pour the heated water and steep the tea for 3-4 mins. Adjust the time of brewing as per desired strength. Leaves can be steeped multiple times till it gives flavour.
 
Tea flavour enhances as it cools. Our teas can be re-brewed, just steep it longer for the second time.

Ashwagandha Known as Indian ginseng or winter cherry, ashwagandha is imbued with properties which help heal seasonal flu, boost immunity, and improve mental and physical wellbeing.  A study in the Indian Journal of Medical Research found the herb to have the potential to treat rheumatoid arthritis. Further studies have revealed multiple benefits in the form of increasing insulin secretion, reducing anxiety levels, increase fertility, and regulate thyroid hormone and helps with anaemia.
 
Tulsi (Holy basil) A quintessential part of Ayurveda system of medicine, basil is considered to be a tonic for healing body, mind and spirit. Useful from the leaves to the seed, holy basil According to the Journal of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine, holy basil has antidepressant and anti-anxiety properties comparable to diazepam and antidepressant drugs.
