Assam Organic Earl Grey Black Tea: Just as lime is to tequila, so is Bergamot to black tea and this combination makes Earl Grey among the most loved teas in the world. This whole leaf tea is the quintessentially British tea with a black tea base which is flavoured with oil from the citrus fruit, Bergamot orange. Named after former British Prime Minister Earl Charles Grey, who was in office in the 1830’s, this tea is a perfect energy booster and also enhances immunity and digestion.

Ingredients: Assam Organic Black Tea, Bergamot Oil

Brewing Instructions: Always use fresh water. Bring water to near boiling point (99 degree Celsius). Take 1 teaspoon / 1 teabag in a cup. Pour the heated water and steep the tea for 3-4 mins. Adjust the time of brewing as per desired strength. Leaves can be steeped multiple times till it gives flavour.

Tea flavour enhances as it cools. Our teas can be re-brewed, just steep it longer for the second time.
